My name is Lya and I'm a researcher at the Public Administration and Government Study Center, at Getulio Vargas Foundation, Sao Paulo, Brazil (http://ceapg.fgv.br/ ).
 
I'm also a co-founder and member of the Study Group on Urban Agriculture at the University of Sao Paulo (http://www.iea.usp.br/ pesquisa/grupos-de-estudo/ grupo-de-estudos-de- agricultura-urbana).
 
I defended my thesis this year and it was on public action and networks around Urban Agriculture in Sao Paulo, Montreal and Toronto.
